We laminated photos of common foods and put a velcro tab on each. Blue felt serves as a background to a red wedge, for protein, a yellow wedge, for carbohydrates, and a green wedge, for vegetables and fruits.  A light blue sliver accounts for fats and sugars.  If you have the right amounts of each type of food every day, your good nutrition will help you be strong!
